Moran is a Senior Project Manager in Economic Development for the Salt River Project. Responsible for attracting and expanding business and industry within SRP service territory; provide site-specific electrical infrastructure identification and cost analysis; collaboratively alongside our state, regional and municipal partners to identify targeted company attraction, expansion and retention efforts conducive to building a healthy economy to advance well-planned growth throughout the Valley of the Sun.
Moran has been in economic development for more than 15 years in a variety of roles at Arizona Department of Commerce, Arizona Commerce Authority and the Town of Gilbert.
Moran attended Arizona State University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She is also pursuing her Certified Economic Developer designation with the International Economic Development Council and her Arizona Economic Development Pro certification. She serves on the board of CoreNet Global Arizona Chapter, Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED), Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC), and is a GPEC Certified Ambassador.
Marc Valenzuela is a Senior Project Manager with Salt River Project's Economic Development team. In this capacity, Marc works with communities and regional partners to attract and expand businesses within SRP's service territory. He has more than seven years of economic development experience, serving at both the City of Mesa and Arizona State University. Marc has led business retention and expansion activities, entrepreneurial initiatives, business attraction efforts, and a variety of special projects.
Marc is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Master of Public Administration degree and a bachelor's in public service and public policy. He is an active member of the Arizona Association of Economic Development and is designated as an Arizona Economic Development Professional. Marc is also working toward earning his Certified Economic Developer credential through the International Economic Development Council.

Before joining SRP in 2012, Gretchen was Director of Government Affairs for APS where she worked for 17 years. Over her career, Gretchen promoted good economic development policies in Arizona that help enhance the state's economic vitality. Her involvement includes serving on the board, chairing and serving on various committees of the AZ Chamber of Commerce and Industry; chairing and serving on various committees of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce; serving on the Advisory Board of US Bank, and serving as the first female chairman of Arizona Tax Research Association.
